Further Refund Requirements and Conditions:

Written reasons for cancellation should accompany your written notice of cancellation. There will be no consideration or authorisation for a refund without meeting these cancellation requirements and conditions outlined above. Upon approval of your refund request, any payments made under this contract of sale will be refunded within ten business days.

Reasonable expenses will be charged for face-to-face coaching requested and arranged anywhere other than at Natalie’s home address. These will be agreed and paid for in advance. Mileage is charged at 45p per mile. No additional charges are made for coaching via FaceTime/Skype/etc.

‘24/7 Coach in Your Pocket’ – we will agree the best way to keep in touch e.g. Whatsapp, Text or Messenger and I will respond to you as soon as possible.

Terms for Coaching Calls – Clients receive a link to book coaching calls directly into my diary. For most availability I recommend booking coaching calls 10-14 days in advance for best choice of dates/times. If none of the slots available are convenient, message me and I’ll see what I can do but no promises if short notice! Minimum 48 hours notice required to reschedule a coaching call. Less than 48 hours and your call will be forfeited. Rescheduled calls must be within the contracted duration of a fixed term coaching programme or the current month if on a rolling month by month basis, subject to availability.

Cancellation Terms for Coaching on a Rolling Month by Month Basis – I’ll be reserving time for you every month, on an ongoing basis, so I require a month’s notice in the event you’d like to change the arrangement or stop. If I have any reasons for changing or stopping the arrangement I’ll also give you a month’s notice.
