Hello!

A video on the blog today that I shared with Loving Difference members.

I don’t know about you, but I’m starving….. emotional and social connection feel like breadcrumbs for me right now so in a new video below I’m sharing how I’ve been feeling about that and the step by steps I’m taking to move towards more of what I need and want despite it feeling very scary at times this week. A mini masterclass in how I’m living what we share/teach inside Loving Difference. I remember books that taught me strategies but most didn’t work and they didn’t show me ‘how does this actually work in real life?’

Grateful for my Coach and companions on the path with me this week, holding space for tears, asking me challenging questions, encouraging me and offering words of wisdom and suggestions when I’ve been ready for that.Β My plans to spend more time at the coast are back ON after feeling stalled for more than 12 months since Covid. I’ve remembered again what matters most for me and turned my toes towards it. I’ve spoken truth and sat in the discomfort of reply.

My best friend reminds me of my song when I forget the words and this card she sent me this week has become my talis(wo)man for the days and weeks ahead in the turning toes, speaking truth, daring to step into uncertainty and follow what I know will refill my bucket to overflowing so that I can be best me.. for myself, for my clients and all those I love. It can’t wait any longer.
