– Completing the stress cycle. How getting rid of stressors doesn’t deal with the stress – yikes! We have to deal with the feeling, not just with the situation that activated the feeling. Emotions are whole nervous system events with a beginning, middle and an end. Exhaustion happens when we get stuck in an emotion. If we get stuck in an emotion or accumulation of emotion, it causes all sorts of issues
