A quick share today!

Who I’m married to!

Soldering and rewiring a plug with his breakfast and then heading out for the day!! 🧰 As he left ‘I loved soldering this morning, reminded me of being a young boy again!’ 💖 I used to resent this and the mess.

What are you doing today or this week that you loved to do as a child? It’s such a great way to remember who we truly are. I’m taking my journal to the park for a while this afternoon if the sun stays out.

If you have resistance to my post or are triggered share below. This kind of thing used to drive me nuts!! Or maybe it allows you feel something different than usual? What comes up for you?

Later that day…

I made it to the park and OMG what a difference a hour can make! Buttercups, daisies, sunshine, write a bit, toes on the grass, snack, music in my ears. Bliss! I felt about 13 years old!!

Woohoo! We’ve both done something today that gives us energy/capacity and reminds us who we are.

What do you remember you loved to do as a child.. or wish you could have done as a child… how could you possibly do that or something that looks something like that.. and how soon?

With love and sparkle…
