Wow!! What a year it’s been!
Back in 2015, not long after beginning to reverse Cassandra Syndrome and the impact of unknown neurodiversity in my relationship, I decided I really wanted to support others who landed here like me with no idea what to do about it. I wanted people to find validation and support for what they’d experienced and hope for what was possible, because that had been so difficult to find myself.
I needed to wait until I was doing really well so that I could hold space for those still where I’d been.
That waiting was more than two years! Two years of focusing on myself before I knew I’d be ready to support others in the same boat.
Then I realised I was ready…. and also knew how… I realised I’m a Coach! I’ve always been and I’ve coached in my corporate role for years, but I’d never realised that it’s in my bones, it’s who I am!
What I needed now was support myself to be the best kind of Coach I could be… refine the diamond you could say – show me the best ways, mastery.. how can I best support those who find themselves struggling like I was?
I found Master Coach and completed my Coach accreditation in January 2018. Beyond that, they’ve helped me to create a business that people can find and have confidence in to resolve the challenges they’re facing.
And to top it off, I won an award!!
MasterCoach Coach of the Year 2018
It was completely unexpected. I’m not competitive and I didn’t set out to win awards, I set out to help others.
It’s such an honour to be recognised in this way!
So I’ll be proud to celebrate this achievement, personally and because I know it can give others confidence to reach out for the support they need.
Thank you Life!… You continue to surprise me and I can’t wait to see what’s to come in 2019!
With love and sparkle into the end of an incredible 12 months…
